General Terms and Conditions

Creative Works House Rules a. Tenant is responsible for keeping the space clean and tidy during daytime, obey rules of decency and respect towards other tenants and guests.
b. Tenant is responsible for keeping the furniture provided by Creative Works in a clean and good condition, as received. If damage occurs due to misuse or otherwise at tenant’s fault charges may occur.
c. Tenant is to behave respectfully towards other users of Creative Works, keeping a respectful and positive attitude towards other tenants and staff, not disturbing other tenant’s or visitor’s work through sound or space use.
d. Tenant is to not to use other tenant’s or visitor’s property without clear agreement. e. Lost and found items to be reported to reception. f. Tenant has access to the common areas agreeing to follow the rules of conduct. Using the area according to its purpose, keeping and leaving the area clean, returning all objects to the place where they were taken from. g. Tenant has the right to privacy and discretion. All issues are to be brought to attention of the reception or management. h. Tenant, tenant’s visitors or other space users to ask Creative Works’ management before using Creative Works’ branding, logo, photography or video in any and all communication to third parties. i. Tenants’ details are protected by Creative Works and used only within the scope of permissions granted by the tenant. j. Tenant’s visitors are under their supervision and tenant is responsible for them during their stay at Creative Works. Rules of conduct apply. k. Pets such as dogs and cats are allowed within Creative Works only on a leash and supervised by the tenants. Please follow CW Pet Policy for further details. l. Tenant is required to familiarise, participate in and follow the emergency procedures and plan during evacuation or training. Tenant is responsible to instruct tenant’s visitors upon their arrival.
m. All mail and parcels are to be collected by the tenant from the reception desk on a regular basis n. Tenant is to respect the environment and follow Creative Works’ Green Policy. o. Tenant has the right to complain via email or verbally if the rules of conduct are broken or space misused. Please refer to CW Complaint policy for further details p. In case of gross misconduct Creative Works reserves the right to terminate the License with immediate effect
